Jason is a former NSW Police Officer. He worked in Inverell NSW Australia for one year after graduating from the Police Academy. After leaving the Police, Jason begun his Computer Science degree which he is now progressing through. Jason worked in Ballina for My Geek Mate, where he helped locals with technology. He is now starting his own business in Byron Bay!

After finishing high school in Mullumbimby, I decided I should probably get in to the workforce early so i can be rich and happy, and superior to my peers. So I researched various careers and found that first year cops make $73,600 their first year, and that it would only take a year of study before I can start! With dollar signs in my eyes I began my studies to become a Police Officer.
After a solid 8 months of full-time study, I was free from the frostbite-inducing climate in Goulburn NSW. I made many friends along the way, and unlike most I really enjoyed my time there. In our final few weeks at the Academy, we put our top five preferences for where we would like to be placed after leaving the Academy. Unfortunately, I didn’t get any of my preferences. “Where’s New England?” I said, “Where’s Inverell?”
